Under a Construction Management contract, the client secures the services of a construction manager to work with the design team and, depending on the client’s needs, with trade contractors and suppliers. MCA collaborates in the construction management process to promote effective project coordination and communication from start to finish of a project. As construction manager, MCA applies its construction management expertise in the areas of construction costs, schedule, and market trends to help ensure the project is executed within your guidelines. We make sure the project is on track so you don’t have to.
